ABOUT
I am a Kansas City based violist who is an avid chamber, orchestral and new music performer. Having performed extensively throughout the United States- I have been featured as a fellow with the Dali Quartet International Chamber Festival, a violist at the Bowdoin International Chamber Festival and as a soloist with the Johnson City Symphony and the Santa Fe eSSO.
As an orchestral musician I have played with the Kansas City Symphony, Santa Fe Pro Musica, Performance Santa Fe Orchestra, Knoxville Symphony Orchestra and Greenville Symphony Orchestra.
I completed my Bachelors of Music in Viola Performance with Stephen Wyrczynski at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, and a Masters of Music in Viola Performance at the University of Tennessee Knoxville, where I was a Teaching Assistant and violist of the Graduate String Quartet.
In addition to my performing career, I have an active teaching schedule. I currently teach viola and coach chamber music out of my home home in East Brookside, and for the Harmony Project Kansas City and Kansas City Suzuki Academy.
